All financial transactions on 33hb are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals on the 33hb platform:

• In cases where fraud, bonus abuse, or AML concerns are identified, 33hb may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation.

33hb offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is announced. The following general conditions apply to all 33hb bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement (rollover), which must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms.

By using the 33hb platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times:

• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks or reversals after funds have been credited to your 33hb account and used for gaming activity.
• Money Laundering: Using the 33hb platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity. 33hb complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Platform Interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or exploit technical vulnerabilities in the 33hb platform, its software, or its underlying infrastructure.

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal
• Requirement to do so under applicable law or a lawful instruction from a competent authority
• Any other circumstance in which 33hb determines, acting reasonably, that continued account operation poses a risk to the platform's integrity or other users

In cases of forced closure for cause, any balance, winnings, or bonus credits in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where a fraudulent or prohibited act is confirmed, all funds in the account will be permanently forfeited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33hb excludes all liability for the following:
